As adults, the world can seem like a scary and unstable place. The demands of your day-to-day responsibilities can feel overwhelming. Relationships can be fraught with feelings of resentment and guilt. You might even feel like you’re stuck in the past, unable to move on with your life.
For children, feelings can often be bigger than they are. It can be difficult to ask for help when they haven’t developed the language to express themselves or the insight to understand the complicated interaction between our nervous system and our living environment.
We want our clients to feel accepted, validated, and unashamed. We believe that emotional wellness is an essential part of overall wellness. We believe that it is never too late to strive for a sense of authentic wellbeing. We reject the stigmas of the past and feel strongly that everyone deserves safe and inclusive support, regardless of their unique background or circumstances.
